Marbury v. Madison is the single most important case to every American. It gives each and every citizen of the USA the ability to challenge the validity of any law passed.

The Original Constitution called for 1 delegate for every 11,000 people, and then provides for no tax without representation. Today, the Territory of Puerto Rico pays $0 Federal income tax because they are not represent in Congress! Why are you paying income tax? You aren't represented.
Can somebody show us where the Federal Government was granted police powers? Answer: It was never granted police powers, the entire FBI, CIA, and Department of Justice are operating Illegally, and should be shut down immediately.
As we highlighted earlier, the Constitution says "to Provide for the Common Defense, and Promote the General Welfare." Planned Parenthood, is illegally operating and should be immediately shut down, with a receiver appointed to recover the Millions if not Billions of Taxpayers Money.
That's Great but I don't have $25,000, $50,000 or $100,000 to file one of these lawsuits.

Fun Fact, it costs $454.90 to file a suit in Federal Court, $505 to File an appeal, and to File a Writ of Mandamus to the U.S. Supreme Court is $300.
If you had hired an attorney to make all these filings, it would cost you over $100,000, but as we just outlined, the total cost plus your time is $1,259.90,

We don't have to win every case or even 10% of Cases, we need Millions of cases filed against the Federal and State Government to the point where they can't respond, and when they don't respond the way our law is written, Default Judgements are issued, and once you have a Default Judgement you can get a court appointed Receiver appointed. Why is this important? Because once we get the receiver appointed, they control where the money is spent, and once you control the money, you control the government, which is why our Government was set up!
Familiarize yourself with terms like Injunction-An injunction or temporary restraining order is an order from the court prohibiting a party from performing or ordering a specified act, either temporarily or permanently.
We should be able to stop all funding for Ukraine because the Constitution only provides money to the Government for the Common Defence, how can anybody argue that we are doing anything but offence in Ukraine, and furthermore, The federal Government is charged with Defending the USA, Ukraine is not in the USA last time we checked.
